I just wanted to share a positive experience for a change because I know most people only post when something goes wrong, and honestly I've been on the receiving end of bad workshops enough times to really appreciate when someone does a good job. I've got a 2017 A6 3.0 TDI that was starting to show some signs of transmission wear around 85,000 kms, mostly a harsh downshift from 3rd to 2nd when coming to a stop that was getting progressively worse over the last few months. The difference in the car is genuinely remarkable, all that harsh downshifting is completely gone and the gearbox feels smoother than it has since I bought the car.
