FH6 Treasure Hunt Guide U4GM
#1
Spring Series 2 adds another short Treasure Hunt to the Festival Playlist, and this one takes you out toward Ito's northeastern coast. It's the sort of activity that looks simple on paper but can become annoying when you're driving along the wrong stretch of shoreline. The map is large, the beach roads are easy to miss, and the chest doesn't exactly announce itself from a distance. If you're trying to build up your Forza Horizon 6 Credits balance while collecting every available Playlist reward, this hunt is well worth doing early in the week. Once you know where to aim, the whole job takes only a few minutes.
Where the Chest Is Hidden
The chest is waiting on the northeastern shoreline of the Ito region, close to the coastal town of Ine. Don't stop searching around the main streets or the first beach you see. You'll need to keep moving northeast, following the coastline towards the narrow sandy peninsula near the edge of the map. That small stretch of beach is the important part. A white-and-blue map marker nearby can help confirm that you're in the right area, although it may be easier to spot the chest once you leave the road and drive across the sand. From the wrong direction, the location can feel much farther away than it really is.
A Quick Route Across Ito
Start by fast travelling to the closest available point in Ito. From there, set your route for Ine and drive through the town rather than cutting across random fields. After leaving the built-up area, keep heading northeast on the dirt roads. The road becomes less useful as you approach the tip, so don't worry about following it perfectly. Stay near the coast and look for the sandy peninsula at the far northeastern end of the region. You'll probably pass a few rough tracks and open patches of ground along the way. That's normal. Once you reach the beach, slow down and check around the marker. The chest is out in the open enough to find, but it can blend into the scenery if you rush past it.
Breaking the Chest and Collecting the Rewards
When you reach the correct spot, simply drive into the Treasure Chest. There's no separate race, puzzle, or special car requirement attached to this part of the challenge. Smashing it completes the hunt and adds the rewards to your account. You'll receive Festival Playlist Points, 5,000 XP, and 100,000 Credits. The experience is useful if you're pushing towards another level, while the Credits can cover a decent upgrade or help fund a new tuning setup. The Playlist Points matter most if you're close to one of the seasonal car rewards. Even a small gap can be frustrating when the season is nearly over, so this is an easy activity to clear from your checklist.
Why It's Better to Do It Now
This Treasure Hunt is tied to the Spring portion of Series 2. When the season changes, the challenge disappears, and you won't be able to pick up its Playlist progress later in the week. A lot of players leave small activities until the last day, then run out of time when other events take longer than expected. There's not much reason to delay this one. Fast travel, drive to Ine, follow the coast, and break the chest. You're done. It's also a handy way to keep your weekly progress moving if you've already completed the bigger races, PR stunts, or championships. Save the Credits if you don't need them immediately, or put them towards a car you'll use in the next set of seasonal events. Players who want to finish the entire Playlist with less running around can also use FH6 Boosting as part of a wider plan, but this Ito chest is still one of the quickest tasks to handle yourself.
Final Thoughts
The Spring Series 2 Ito Treasure Hunt is easy once you stop looking in the wrong place. Head past Ine, keep travelling northeast, and focus on the sandy peninsula at the edge of the map. The nearby white-and-blue marker should point you towards the beach, where one clean hit claims the chest and its rewards. With Festival Playlist Points, 5,000 XP, and 100,000 Credits waiting, there's plenty of value for the small amount of driving involved. Complete it before Spring ends and you'll have one less task hanging over you when the seasonal reset arrives.
