GTA 5 U4GM Guide: Mansion Bonus and Heist Prep - Andrew736 - 06-23-2026 Rockstar's next big GTA Online push is starting to feel real, and players are already planning around it. If you've been meaning to refresh your account or just get back into the grind, GTA 5 Accounts are being talked about a lot, mostly because the coming Kortz Center Heist update looks like the kind of drop that rewards people who show up early. The key dates are simple: play before July 13, and you can line up a stack of bonuses before the new content lands on July 14. That matters, because the new property tied to the heist is expected to cost serious money, and nobody wants to start from scratch when the good stuff goes live. What Players Need to Know First The biggest thing here is not one reward, but the way the whole program is built. It is aimed at three very different types of players: the casual login, the heist runner, and the long-time owner who already has assets in place. The first tier is almost laughably easy. Just get into GTA Online before the deadline and you are in line for GTA$500,000 plus a free Benefactor Turreted Limo. The second tier asks more, but not much. Finish one of the major heists and you unlock another GTA$1,000,000, along with the NOOSE Outfit. The third tier is where things get more specific, since it asks for an owned Mansion and a login before the cutoff, but it also gives the biggest property discount and the sort of extras collectors actually notice. Rewards Compared Tier Requirement Reward Enthusiast Log in before July 13 GTA$500,000 and Benefactor Turreted Limo Patron Complete a qualifying heist GTA$1,000,000 and NOOSE Outfit Elitist Log in before July 13 and own a Mansion GTA$1,000,000 discount, Annihilator Stealth, and décor items The Smart Way To Chase The Middle Tier Players chasing the Patron reward will probably want to focus on the Diamond Casino Heist. It is the cleanest fit for this event, and right now the payout makes it even more tempting. Artwork as the target is a nice bonus too, since it lines up with the art-focused theme of the update. You can do other qualifying heists, sure, but the Casino run feels like the obvious one if you want results without wasting time. Just remember that the Cluckin Bell Farm Raid does not count, so do not burn an evening on the wrong job and expect the bonus to show up. How To Prep Without Overthinking It If you already own a Mansion, the third tier is the one that really changes the math. The discount on the new Art Studio property could shave a huge amount off the entry cost, and that matters because the cheapest Mansion is already sitting near GTA$9 million. Add in the first two bonuses, and the start-up pressure gets a lot lighter. A simple plan is probably best: log in, run one qualifying heist, and keep your money ready for launch day. Players who do that will have a much easier time jumping straight into the Kortz Center Heist instead of scrambling for cash after everyone else is already inside. If you still need extra funds, some players are already looking at ways to buy GTA 5 Online Money so they can meet the new property cost without slowing down when the update arrives. |
