You can do other qualifying heists, sure, but the Casino run feels like the obvious one if you want results without wasting time. Just remember that the Cluckin Bell Farm Raid does not count, so do not burn an evening on the wrong job and expect the bonus to show up.
How To Prep Without Overthinking It
If you already own a Mansion, the third tier is the one that really changes the math.
