I was driving back from a weekend trip to Al Ain yesterday in my 2016 Nissan Patrol, and halfway through the journey the AC just started blowing warm air, which is basically a nightmare scenario in this heat. I pulled over and checked the compressor which seemed to be engaging, but the air coming out was definitely not cold at all. I've got a family trip planned next weekend and I need to get this sorted out quickly without being taken for a ride by someone who sees a desperate customer and quotes double what they should. I've been looking at a few options in the Musaffah area and I found a workshop that seems to specialize in this sort of thing – https://zenfoautoservices.ae/car-ac-repair-abu-dhabi/ – and they mention proper diagnostic equipment which is what I'm after. Has anyone here actually used them for AC work and can tell me if they do thorough checks? I'm suspecting it might be a low refrigerant issue, but I want to make sure there's no leak or more serious problem before I just top it up and hope for the best. I'm not mechanically minded so I really need a place that will explain things clearly and not just hand me a big bill without justification. Any feedback on their service, pricing, or turnaround time would be really helpful.
